Terms of Sale

1.What you’re buying (scope)

We sell digital products — for example, the “Plan de 21 días” (a plant-forward meal plan in PDF, plus the included materials). Your purchase is a one-time payment; it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. We will not charge you again unless you make a new purchase.

Our products are educational cooking and wellness content. They are not medical advice and do not promise a health outcome; the guarantee in §4 is about your satisfaction, not a clinical result. See the site’s “not medical advice” notice.

Eligibility. To purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.Price, payment, and tax

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The launch price is $29 USD (“founding price”); we may raise it for future customers.
• Payment is processed by Stripe (card, and digital wallets where available) on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
• Sales tax. As the seller, we collect and remit sales tax where the law requires it. Where applicable, the tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and added to the price shown. Depending on your location, no tax may apply.

3.Delivery

Delivery is immediate once payment is confirmed. You’ll receive access on the confirmation page and by email, via a personal download link that expires and allows a limited number of downloads.

If the email doesn’t arrive or the link no longer works, contact us at info@platosverdes.com and we’ll resend a fresh link. Check your spam folder too. We aim to respond promptly.

4.Refund policy

We offer a conditional-satisfaction guarantee (the promise already shown on the offer page): complete the first week of the plan; if you feel it didn’t leave you more on track, we’ll refund your money. To request it, email us at info@platosverdes.com within 14 days of your purchase.

• Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
• We process an approved refund within 10 business days; depending on your bank, it may take longer to appear on your statement.
• The guarantee covers one refunded purchase per product per customer.
• We may decline a refund where there’s evident abuse (for example, downloading the material and repeatedly requesting refunds).

5.Your license

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, or upload it to any site or network. The content and materials remain ours (or our licensors’). This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms.

7.Chargebacks

If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us first — we can almost always resolve it quickly, including a refund where appropriate. Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us may suspend your access to the product while the dispute is resolved. This does not limit the rights your bank or card network gives you.

8.International sales

We sell from the United States. If you buy from outside the US, you are responsible for any tax, VAT, duty, or levy in your country, which may be charged at checkout or by your local authority. By completing a purchase for a digital product delivered immediately, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that immediate delivery may affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right you have under your local law.

9.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of where you live. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida. These Terms contain no mandatory arbitration and no class-action or jury-trial waiver.

10.Languages

These Terms are published in Spanish and English, with equal force, prominence, and identical intent. If there is any conflict between the two versions, the English version controls.

11.Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you buy governs that purchase. We’ll post the effective date above.

12.General provisions

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
• Assignment. We may assign these Terms (for example, in a sale of business assets); you may not assign them without our consent.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents they incorporate by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase.
• Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive the purchase or a refund — license and ownership (§5), refunds (§4), chargebacks (§7), governing law (§9), and languages (§10) — remain in effect.
• Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, natural disasters, internet, power, or provider outages, or acts of government).
